Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy before making a payment.

SiteSpeedTesting.com operates as a business, and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as an Internet Marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our CLIENTS and help us in that pursuit; we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on time in respect to the services offered to you, the CLIENT.

THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY HIRING SITESPEEDTESTING.COM FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES.

Site Speed Optimization

We guarantee a * fast-loading website. Consequently, all our packages come with an ironclad money-back guarantee. If we cannot deliver a fast-loading website, we will refund your money, no questions asked. There are ONLY three variables that can affect that money-back guarantee, and they are stated below.

If your hosting is a restrictive factor in obtaining a fast-loading website, we will advise you of this immediately. Generally speaking, we will let you know during your free consultation process. Be advised that there are certain hosting companies that we recommend against using. For example, most “Shared Hosting Accounts” have proven to present numerous issues due to overselling and limited resources. Additionally, we advise clients not to use ANY hosting company owned by (EIG) Endurance International Group. We also advise against using Hostwinds, Godaddy, or any host that uses a free, cheap, or mediocre web hosting control panel. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

When you need a CDN but don’t have one, you are without a critical element to a fast-loading website. Sites with little to no traffic rarely need a CDN unless they have a ton of images, such as photography or real estate websites. However, if your website requires a CDN, there are no-cost options just as good or better than paid options.

DULY NOTE: you may be including elements on your website that generate warnings on PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix. In general, such warnings do not affect your actual load time. We will test your website to see if any of these elements are present, and if so, we will notify you. In such cases, we will recommend the ideal option that offers the absolute best overall site speed. Keep in mind, GTmetrix is an arbitrary testing tool that may not be an accurate measurement for every website

Web Development

Web design, maintenance, migrations, and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed, or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by SITESPEEDTESTING.COM and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for; no exceptions.

Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, & Internet Marketing

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy. All responsible and professional interactive marketing companies do this.

DULY NOTE: the behavior and changes in search engine algorithm updates remain outside of our control.

That stated, we promise your website is going to be skillfully optimized in accordance with the latest Google Algorithms. Additionally, we do not use techniques that go against Google guidelines, our strategies result in a significant increase in search rankings and traffic.

Site Speed Testing offers exceptional SEO services to its clients. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible. SEO is an inherently unpredictable process and cannot be guaranteed in any way. There are no SEO companies that guarantee Google rankings, and they should not be taken at their word.

We strive to provide honest and faith-filled results. Meaning that we will be transparent and offer our clients with clear expectations. Lastly, we will not guarantee our SEO services in any way.

SEO services billed ahead of time in advance of the month of purchases. The remainder of your charges are on a month-to-month basis. Once paid for, the SEO services are rendered until the month is up.

In the middle of the month, clients cannot cancel their SEO services. No time during the current month may refunds be issued. If you are not 100% satisfied, then you can cancel your subscription before the beginning of the next month. But, please give us one last chance to make you happy. Isn’t that equitable? For any reason, please contact us so that we can fix the problem.

Setup Fees:

Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by SITESPEEDTESTING.COM in the setup phase of any SEO or Internet Marketing campaigns and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks:

We normally ask for CLIENT credit card or payment info so that we can charge the CLIENTS card for services provided OR we may also send an invoice so that you can pay from your end. Claiming that you did not provide your card info or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.

If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company, then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).

In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our lawyers with sufficient evidence from our records.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments whether present or past months are non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you purchased.

If the CLIENT opens a hosting account but does not use it, payment will still be due. Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is received in writing from the CLIENT in writing.

Account Suspension

All hosting payments that are 15 days past due will trigger an account suspension. Hosting paid up to 12 months in advance and canceled before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet elapsed.

SITESPEEDTESTING.COM reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account, services, or contract if a user is found in violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will not be refunded.
